You may exchange/return your unused product within 30 days of its purchase date.

Tuxy offers a 30 day money back guarantee. This applies for products purchased within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase via order # or email confirmation will be required for proof of purchase.

Why do I have to pay for return shipping?
Although paying shipping is never fun, it’s actually industry standard to have the client pay for return shipping when returning or exchanging merchandise purchased online. It’s important to note that we already cover the shipping costs on the initial order and also pay to ship exchanges back to customers. We realize that some retailers have the size and scale to offer free returns, but most online retailers don’t.
International orders - Refunds?
In regards to international orders Tuxy does not cover the cost of returning your item(s). Your order will be refunded to the total amount minus shipping cost.

In regards to international orders Tuxy does not cover the cost of returning your item(s) Tuxy will happily pay the cost of sending your new size when applicable.
International orders - Duties/Fees/Taxes/Shipping?
- All International orders are subject to applicable duties/taxes/fees from your country. This is stated while proceeding through our shipping method window.

What Size should I get?
Are you struggling to find the right fit for your Tuxy? No need to worry we got you covered.
We understand shopping for a Tuxy can be tricky. We tend to follow a standard rule of thumb when it comes to getting you Comfy, Cozy, Tuxy! We suggest sticking with the same hoodie size you’d typically wear. If you do prefer a looser fit we do suggest sizing up for a bit more room. When will my TUXY be delivered?
Standard shipping in North America takes between 5-10 business days or less depending on your location
A tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order is has been processed by our team.
If you have yet to receive your parcel by the estimated delivery date we do suggest allowing for 3 additional business days before contacting our support team.
How do you use the bathroom in a TUXY?
The #1 question asked by thousands. There’s a fly pee zip in the front for stand up jobs. For any sit down job, it’s a stripdown affair.
If you do have to go potty in your TUXY, we recommend you wrap the arms around and bunch up the excess as you pull it down if you want to avoid floor contact.
