Can I exchange or return my TUXY?

You may exchange/return your unused product within 30 days of its purchase date. Please see our Exchange/Return Policy here, and click the link to begin the process.

Can I cancel my order?

As we look forward to having you suited up as soon as possible our team works tirelessly to make sure all orders get shipped out as fast as possible. If you contact us soon after ordering we sometimes have the chance to cancel you order, however this is handled on a case by case basis and we make no guarantees. If not caught before shipped out, we can facilitate a return for exchange or refund as needed. Please reach out to us at SUPPORT@TUXY.CO to get help with your order.


What Size should I get?

We understand shopping for a Tuxy can be tricky. We tend to follow a standard rule of thumb when it comes to getting you Comfy, Cozy, Tuxy! We suggest sticking with the same hoodie size you’d typically wear. If you do prefer a looser fit we do suggest sizing up for a bit more room. Feel free to check out our handy size guide linked above to have a better idea.


When will my TUXY be delivered?

Orders can take between 24 hours - 48 hours to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Standard shipping in North America takes between 5-10 business days or less depending on your location. International orders can take between 10-17 days roughly.

Tuxy is not responsible for any delays due to Customs or Shipping Carriers.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order is has been processed by our team. If you have yet to receive your parcel by the estimated delivery date, we do suggest allowing for 3 additional business days before contacting our support team.

International Orders.

Tuxy is not responsible for any additional charges such as (duties/taxes) when your parcel arrives to the destination country. We urge all customers to do proper research with their countries Customs Bureau on any possible additional fees that may incur. It is stated within the shipment options that "duties and taxes may apply".

Undelivered/Lost Parcels

Tuxy is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, however if you believe your item has been lost please reach out to us at SUPPORT@TUXY.CO to get assistance and we'll do our best to help investigate. We suggest waiting 5-7 days as shipping carriers sometimes experience delays or incorrect tracking data, and we also suggest getting in touch with carriers directly first. 

How do you use the bathroom in a TUXY?

The #1 question asked by thousands. There’s a fly pee zip in the front for stand up jobs. For any sit down job, it’s a stripdown affair. If you do have to go potty in your TUXY, we recommend you wrap the arms around and bunch up the excess as you pull it down if you want to avoid floor contact.


How do I join your team?

We love our supporters and we’re always looking for like-minded individuals to join our global team of TUXY Ambassadors. If you wish to share your Social handles with us, we will make sure to add those to the list of potential ambassadors that fit our brand. Submit a request to ambassador@tuxy.co.
