Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Xmas exemption as we understand items may need to be returned or exchanged after Christmas: Items being purchased as a Christmas gift have a 21-day window after Xmas for exchanges and returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging and include the Tuxy Utility bag and all tags. The item must be inspected by our staff before any exchange or return is issued.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase or have an RA# (Return authorization # that has been issued by a company representative.)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund or returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the entire original payment (at time of purchase) will be refunded
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you and your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for refund or returns. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once the product has been inspected.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We want you to enjoy your Tuxy to the fullest so if you wish to exchange for another size simply email us at email@example.com with your order information and our team will be happy to help with the process.

We only replace items with manufactures defects and must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund. The manufactures defects are in place for 30 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear or damages are not covered under warranty
