Exchanges Policy

Need to get a sized swapped? No worries we got you covered with these easy steps below. Lets get you ready to get suited up once again!

To request an exchange please contact support@tuxy.co. Please have your order # ready.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items dirty/soiled or washed will not be accepted. Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. It must be in the original packaging and include the Tuxy Utility bag and all tags.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries

International returns must mark "Canadian goods returning" on outside of parcel

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you and your refund will be processed. 

Item's will be inspected within a 15-20 days of its delivery. Please allow further time during peak holiday seasons.

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment. 

Shipping is non-refundable.

The price of the return label will be deducted from the entire refund.

Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries.


Warranty

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy! Let us get  this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time!

To request a Manufacture defect/warranty please contact support@tuxy.co. Please have your order # ready, with pictures of the issue.

We only replace items with manufactures defects and must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item or issue a refund. The manufactures defects are in place for 30 days of purchase for our Apparel and One(1) year for our technical outerwear. Regular wear and tear or damages are not covered under warranty  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable although we will pay to ship you the replacement item or refund you the entire original purchase price if a refund is desired.

 

Xmas exemption - (October 1st - December 25th) : Items being purchased as a Christmas gift have a 30-day window after Christmas (December 25th) for any exchange and or return. Items which pass the 30 days will no longer be eligible for a return/exchange
