Return & Exchange Policy
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.
All products returned will go through an inspection process before we complete your return request. If any products are sent back damaged by the user (dirt, stains, smells, rips, etc.), your exchange or refund return claim will be switched to non-refundable credit which can be used on our shop. Returns are inspected within 21 business days of arriving back at the warehouse. This window can increase to 28 business days during high volume seasons. Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries. All items (except hats) are eligible to return within 30 days from the time it was shipped. To be eligible for the return outcome you desire, your return must;
- not be washed
- not have any stains or smells
- not have hair or lint
Please note your original shipping cost is non-refundable. If an item is returned and deemed damaged based on the above criteria, your return claim will be switched to a non-refundable gift card.

Refunds
We're sorry to hear the Tuxy wasn't for you, but no hard feelings! Please pass along any feedback so we can make our products better. Please note, if you are returning your item for a refund your original shipping costs cannot be refunded and the cost of shipping your returned item will be deducted from your overall refund amount.

Warranty/Defects
Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! For any manufacturer defects, you have 30 days to submit a warranty claim (for all items except Storm suit, where you have 1 year). To request a replacement for a defective suit, please reach out to us at support@tuxy.co to begin the process.
All returns due to defect must be inspected by our quality control team. If they are deemed defective we will replace the item. Regular wear and tear, damages, or issues due to not following care instructions are not covered under warranty.
Your return will be processed and inspected within 14 business days of arriving back at our warehouse. This window could increase in times of high volume.
Price Matching
Price matching is only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Tuxy will honour any price difference shown on site, for the difference in discount percentage. No coupon stacking (e.g. purchased at 10%, new sale is 15%, so we will honour an additional 5% discount on your order). Our price matching policy does not apply to our Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.
Holiday Returns
Our holiday returns/exchanges states that any purchases made from October 1st to December 1st will have until January 6th to return the item. Purchases made outside of this window will have the standard return window, no exceptions.
Promo Code Policy
We reserve the right to give final word on the ability to combine or stack discounts. Not all promo codes can be stacked, and we run some promotions that supersede existing promo codes.
International Duties & Taxes
We ship from North America. Tuxy does not reimburse international customers for expected duties and taxes on shipments. You will be responsible for paying upon receipt of your order.
