Return & Exchange Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION

All products returned will go through an inspection process before we process your return. Returns are inspected within 14 business days of arriving back at the warehouse. This window can increase to 21 business days during high volume seasons. Tuxy will not accept any COD's or courier deliveries/pickups. All items (except hats) are eligible to return up to 30 days from the time it was shipped, however second time returns (returns for an item that has already been exchanged) are not accepted. To be eligible for the return outcome you have requested, your returned item(s) must;

  • not be washed
  • not have any stains or smells
  • not have hair or lint

Please note any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable. If an item is returned and deemed damaged based on the above criteria, your return claim will be switched to a non-refundable gift card.

Please note for any return for exchange, a return shipping label will be provided when you submit a claim if you are a customer in the US. A flat fee to cover a portion of this return label will be invoiced to you (or deducted from your store credit total) when your return is processed, and for exchange orders we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you! If you are located outside of the US, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning your item, including pre paying any taxes and duties. Once you have returned your item(s) for an exchange, you cannot return the new item(s) for any outcome. Refunds

We're sorry to hear the Tuxy wasn't for you, but no hard feelings! Please pass along any feedback so we can make our products better. Please note if you are returning your item for a refund your original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost of your return shipping label that we provide you (if you are a customer in the US) will be deducted from your overall refund amount. If you are located outside of the US you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label to return your order, and will be required to ensure the package is prepaid of any taxes and duties.

Warranty

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's get this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! For any manufacturer defects, you have 30 days to submit a warranty claim from the time your order was delivered (for all items except Storm suit, where you have 1 year). To request a replacement for a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us at support@tuxy.co or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

Please note that regular wear and tear, damages, or issues due to not following care instructions are not covered under warranty.

 

International Returns

If you have purchased from outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. You will be able to use the links in the sections above to submit a return claim, but will then need to purchase a label from your local carrier and will be responsible for shipping the item with duties prepaid. Any shipments sent back to us that require duties to be paid once in United States will be returned back to you without the return being approved.

Holiday Returns

We know you might want to gift a Tuxy to someone in your life for the holidays, which is why any purchases made from October 15th to December 1st will have an extended window to return by January 7th for store credit or an exchange. Purchases made outside of this window will have the standard return window, no exceptions. If you have purchased within the window of October 15th and December 1st and wish to return for a refund, the standard 30 day window will apply. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

 

Price Matching

Price matching is only valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. Tuxy will honour any price difference shown on site, for the difference in discount percentage. No coupon stacking (e.g. purchased at 10%, new sale is 15%, so we will honour an additional 5% discount on your order). Our price matching policy does not apply to our Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales.

Promo Code Policy

We reserve the right to give final word on the ability to combine or stack discounts. Not all promo codes can be stacked, and we run some promotions that supersede existing promo codes.

International Duties & Taxes

Tuxy does not reimburse international customers for expected duties and taxes on shipments. You will be responsible for paying upon receipt of your order.
