It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct address is input at the time of checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or reroute a shipment after the order has been fulfilled. Tuxy is not responsible for any packages that we cannot cancel or reroute and is not responsible for ensuring a replacement is sent if an incorrect address was provided upon checkout.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct item is ordered upon checkout. We cannot guarantee the ability to edit or cancel an order before it ships. If you need an edit or cancellation made to your order but it has already shipped by the time we respond, you will need to instead return the item for an exchange or refund after you receive the order.
We offer multiple shipping options depending on region. We also offer optional shipping insurance for a small fee, which insures your package in case it is lost or stolen. Please note Tuxy is not responsible for any carrier issues, so we encourage customers to purchase this insurance at checkout.
How long do orders take to be packaged and shipped?
Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed before being shipped. Once shipped, the timeline will depend on which shipping service you select. Depending on the shipping service you select, the number of business days stated on the service name will apply to your expected shipment timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship all across the US and internationally from this website, and we also ship to Canada from https://www.ca.tuxy.co/. For any orders shipped internationally, duties and taxes may apply at the customer’s expense.
