Returns Steps

Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for all orders and we provide a shipping label for US-based customers which is deducted from your refund. If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label. We can issue refunds either to your original payment method, or issue a refund in the form of store credit.

To ensure you receive a full refund, please follow our guidelines:

  • Items must be in re-sellable condition
  • Ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed and show no signs of wear
  • Items are free of stains, smells, and hair.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our health and hygiene standards. If your item is refused, they may be shipped back to you at your own expense, or your refund claim will be switched to non-refundable store credit in the form of a gift card.

Here are examples of what we deem "Unacceptable" returns (if you are not happy to receive the items as new, someone else probably will not be, either);

Exchanges

We accept returns for exchange within 30 days of purchase for all orders and we provide a shipping label for US based customers. If you are an international customer, you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label. Please note the cost of this label will be charged to you on your exchange order before being shipped.

To ensure your package is not returned to you and that your claim is processed as requested, please follow our guidelines:

Warranty

Sorry to hear you have an issue with your Tuxy, let's get this fixed up and have you suited up again in no time! For any manufacturer defects, you have 30 days to submit a warranty claim from the time your order was delivered. To request a replacement for a defective or damaged product, please reach out to us at support@tuxy.co or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

Please note that regular wear and tear, damages, or issues due to not following care instructions are not covered under warranty.

Holiday Returns

We know you might want to gift a Tuxy to someone in your life for the holidays, which is why any purchases made from October 14th to December 1st will have an extended window to return by January 6th for store credit or exchange. Purchases made outside of this window will have the standard 30 day return window. If you have purchased within the window of October 15th and December 1st and wish to return for a refund, the standard 30 day window will apply. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
